In terms of raw material inspection, we have a well-equipped chemical laboratory to test and analyze incoming materials. This includes determining the calcium content of CaCO3, measuring the lead content in composite stabilizers, analyzing the components of CPE and ACR, and determining the melting point of paraffin.

For example, an electronic universal testing machine measures tensile strength, elongation at break, ring stiffness, ring flexibility, peel strength; a drop weight impact tester measures impact strength; a differential scanning calorimeter tests oxidation induction; a Vicat softening temperature tester determines Vicat softening temperature and softening point; a melt flow index tester measures the melt index of products; a pressure burst testing machine tests static hydraulic strength of pipes; and a dichloromethane immersion tester assesses product plasticization level. Furthermore, equipment such as plastic pipe bending testers, plastic impact testers, pendulum impact testers, dumbbell sample makers, rubber-plastic density meters, low-temperature boxes provide strong support for quality control.
