Product Introduction
PVC-U drainage pipes are a well-established drainage pipeline product made from rigid polyvinyl chloride. Rigid polyvinyl chloride is a hard material without plasticizers, featuring high surface hardness and tensile strength, high pressure rating, and safety factor. It has been widely used both domestically and internationally. The product has a long lifespan that is unmatched by cast iron pipes, along with corrosion resistance and other advantages. In terms of construction, it is lightweight for easy handling and installation, and has simple connection features, making it widely applicable in civil building drainage, chemical wastewater discharge, rainwater drainage, and other fields. PVC-U drainage pipes and fittings comply with the standards of GB/T5836.1-2006 and GB/T5836.2-2006. The products come in three forms: straight pipes, expanded straight mouth pipes, and expanded bell mouth pipes, and can be connected using various methods. Additionally, Senrui has developed pressure drainage pipes for rainwater and aesthetically pleasing square downspouts for different building drainage designs and projects, as well as a series of drainage pipes designed to reduce drainage noise, including spiral silencing pipes, hollow spiral silencing pipes, and hollow wall silencing pipes. Product Features
◎ PVC-U pipes and fittings have excellent physical and chemical properties, high impact strength, low fluid resistance, with a flow rate increased by 30% compared to cast iron pipes of the same diameter; good aging resistance with a normal service life of over 50 years;
◎ The pipeline has excellent corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, bases, and salts, suitable for industrial wastewater discharge and transportation;
◎ The pipeline has a low friction coefficient, smooth water flow, not easily blocked, requiring less maintenance;
◎ The material has a high oxygen index and is self-extinguishing;
◎ The pipeline has a small linear expansion coefficient of 0.07mm/m, with minimal deformation under temperature influence. It has low thermal conductivity and elastic modulus, showing excellent freeze resistance compared to cast iron drainage pipes;
◎ Pipe connections can be made using adhesive bonding; the construction method is simple and convenient, significantly accelerating project progress and reducing construction costs;
◎ Saves construction costs; using PVC-U pipes and fittings is lower in overall cost compared to using cast iron pipe systems of the same specifications;

Main Application Areas
